Attention D-H-D Mastery was created to help parents & guardians whose children struggle with ADHD and/or its symptoms. It is meant to connect you with physicians, provide checklists, and offer advice or ways of handling ADHD separated by age group.

A platform that assists parents with all possible phases a child with ADHD can go through... with recommendations for vitamins, how to handle x,y,z, and professional help.

Researching ADHD phases, vitamin recommendations, behavioral strategies, and professional help resources. Finding credible sources and summarizing findings.
